How the ZRL Works

The Zero Reactivity List categorizes foods by how likely they are to cause inflammation, digestive issues, or energy crashes in most men. Start with green, limit yellow, avoid red, and test gray.

Green: Eat freely
Yellow: Limit or rotate
Red: Avoid
Gray: Test individually

How To Use Your ZRL

During Power Keto Phase

  • Stick primarily to green foods
  • Rotate yellow foods (not daily)
  • Completely eliminate red foods
  • Test gray foods one at a time

Reintroduction Testing

  • 1. Establish baseline (2 weeks clean)
  • 2. Add one gray food for 3 days
  • 3. Monitor: energy, digestion, sleep, mood
  • 4. Log results and categorize personally
